First, let's check your address.
We'll show the fibre and wireless options at your address.
Start typing your business address. We'll check what's available. Nothing is charged until the service is live.
One quick question before plans.
Are you currently in a contract with your existing internet provider?
Easy to check: it's on a recent bill, in your provider's app, or one quick call to them. Most contracts run for one or two years. If you're out of contract, come straight back and carry on.
Or leave your email and we will keep your details while you find out. We do not hold a connection for you.
Worth knowing before you switch: leaving before your contract ends usually means an early-termination charge from your current provider. Check what yours would be. It's often cheaper to wait until the term is up.
Tell us when your contract ends. We will keep your details. We do not send a reminder when that date is near. Come back here when you are free and carry on.
Done. Your details are saved. We do not send a reminder before your contract ends. Come back here when you are free to switch.
Choose your plan.
Both business plans are uncapped. Prices are ex GST.
For a 24-month term or for Hyperfibre, ask us in chat.
Residential fibre is available on request. Ask us in chat. Leave your details there. We do not start a home order from this page, and we do not send a follow-up.

Security for your business
Three levels of protection, built by a team that comes from cyber security.
Safe browsing Included
Known malware and scam sites are blocked on your connection, with nothing to install.
What you get
Your team's laptops and phones, protected wherever they work.
Most small business breaches start with one person on one device: a bad link, a download, a site that shouldn't be reached on a work machine. Device security puts a light shield on every laptop and phone, and it goes with them, in the office, at home or in a cafe.
- See what's happening. A simple view of which sites and apps each device uses, and what was blocked and why.
- Block what puts you at risk. Switch off whole categories like gambling, adult content, piracy and known scam sites, or block individual apps and sites, with one tick each.
- Set hours. Allow streaming or social media at lunch and block it the rest of the day.
- Protect the business, not just the network. Blocking follows the device, so a laptop at home has the same rules as one at the office.
- Nothing for staff to manage. Set up in minutes, runs quietly in the background.
Pricing is per device. Tick it when you order and we'll go through it with you while we set up your fibre.
What you get
Your own security team, watching every day.
Criminals rarely break in. They sign in, with a stolen password or a hijacked session, then quietly set up mail rules and wait. Account watch reads the activity on your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts every day, and every half hour in between, the way a security analyst would.
- Four sources, one picture. Your sign-ins, mail rules, app access and sharing; the day's new threats; stolen-login dumps checked weekly for your domain and your people; and a decoy document nobody has a reason to open.
- Three levels of attention. A daily watch closes out what is normal, an investigator looks at anything unsure, and only a rare serious case reaches you.
- A daily readout in plain English. Who needs attention and why, written for the owner, not an IT department.
- A question when unsure. 'Is this app yours?' Your answer teaches the team your business.
- Read-only, nothing installed. We read activity and settings, never your mail or files, and never change your accounts.
Priced per person. Tick it when you order and we'll go through it with you while we set up your fibre.

Tell us about your business.
This creates your customer record. It's how we recognise you in support, billing and your customer portal, where you can sign in with the email on your order to see your service, your billing position, and manage your account.
We can already see a live fibre service at this address. We still activate on a spare port on your fibre box. You still cancel your current provider yourself.
We activate a new service on a spare port on your fibre box (usually port 2). Your current provider is not cancelled automatically.
Both services can run at the same time, so you stay online. You can be billed by both until you cancel the old one.
We never cancel your current provider for you.
Best approach: wait until we email you that ICT Hub is live, test it, then cancel your old provider with an end date one or two days after go-live.
If your old provider needs 30 days notice, pick a later go-live date, or give them notice now and tell them not to disconnect before your go-live date.
Earliest go-live is 7 days from today. We hold your order and aim to turn the service on around this date so you control any overlap with your current provider. Nothing is billed until the service is actually live.
Your current internet usually keeps working on the fibre box until you cancel it. We add ICT Hub on a spare port. Short overlap is normal and safer than a gap.
Dates are day/month/year (New Zealand). If your current provider needs 30 days notice, choose a date that covers that notice.
Pick a date at least 7 days from today (NZ format)Review your order.
Check everything looks right. Nothing is charged until your service is provisioned and live.
You're on the way.
Your order is in. We email you when you are live. We do not send a separate email to confirm the connection date. Nothing is billed until your service is live.
Order received
Right now. Your order is logged with us, ready to be placed with the network.
Order placed with the network
We hold your order and place it with the fibre network so your service can come up around your preferred go-live date.
Site visit, if needed
We do not send a separate email to confirm the connection date. If a site visit is needed, the fibre company sets that date. Many addresses need no visit at all.
You're live
We email you again when your service is live. Nothing is billed until your service is live.
